We are excited to announce the launch of our NEW Learning Management System (LMS) on 1st November 2020 where we will deliver a new and improved E-Learning experience.

If you purchase a course in the month of October, our Client Services Team will be in touch to check your preferred course completion options:

  1. Commence immediately on our current LMS. However, you will need to complete the course by December 1st to avoid re-starting the course in the new LMS
  2. Commence November 1st in our NEW LMS.

What is changing?

We are upgrading our Learning Management System “LMS”. Our current system will be non-operational from the 1st of December 2020.

Are there any changes to the actual Training Courses?

No changes are being made to the actual course content. The only change is the upgrade to the system that hosts the online courses including the user interface.

When will the new Learning Management System “LMS” go live?

The new LMS will go live on the 1st of November 2020.

What happens if I started my course but did not complete it by the 1st of December 2020?

If you started but have not completed your course by the go live date your status will be set back to “Not Started” and you will need to start your training over again.

What happens if I do not start my course by the 1st of December 2020 when the new LMS is live?

You will be migrated to the new LMS, and once you receive your new login details you can login to the system and start your training.

What will happen to my 12-month license? Is that going to roll over into the new system?

Your 12-month license will not be affected by the change, you will be migrated into the new LMS and your access will remain valid until the end of your 12-month period.

If I complete my online study and passed my 12-month access period, how can I submit my offline or Post Course Assessment?

You can still submit your assessments via the SAI Global PCA Submission Portal using your Customer number as your identifier.

Can I apply for an extension if I can’t complete my course by the required date?

You can request an extension if you need to, please complete the Application for Extension form and email to our Customer Service Team via training.americas@saiglobal.com for processing.
