Completion of this course will allow you to confidently manage BRCGS certification whilst driving improvement in food safety. It will also assist in providing a higher level of due diligence to both customers and manufacturers.
This one-day training course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the changes between issue 8 and 9 relating to the general principles of the Standard, and how to comply with the requirements. Delegates will also gain an understanding of what to expect during the process of certification, and actions needed prior to, during and after the audit, where these have changed.
This course covers the below topics:
- The criticality of Food Safety Culture
- The role of senior management
- The impact of attitudes and behaviours
- Developing your own Product Safety Culture Plan
The delegates should download and read a copy of the new Global Standard before attending.
