Completion of this course will allow you to confidently manage BRCGS certification whilst driving improvement in food safety. It will also assist in providing a higher level of due diligence to both customers and manufacturers.
This 2-day training course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the changes between issue 8 and 9 relating to the general principles of the requirements of the Standard, including fundamental clauses and statements of intent, and how to undertake a BRCGS audit, including planning and reporting of the audit. Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector. Delegates should also have completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.
Understand the changes between issue 8 and 9 of the BRC Global Standards scheme, relating to: the requirements of the Standard and how compliance can be demonstrated the auditing protocol and how to evaluate the results of the audit visit post-audit requirements resources available and their benefits
It is a BRCGS requirement for all delegates to have: Downloaded and read a copy of the Global Standard before attending. Completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.
