This online HACCP Refresher course is an ideal refresher course for HACCP food professionals working in manufacturing, with fresh produce, R&D, quality assurance/quality control, business owners or management who need to obtain a practical understanding of HACCP methodology and how to use it within their business. It is not suitable for participants who have not completed formal HACCP training.
By successfully completing this course you will contribute to make important contributions to the development and management of food safety plans using the HACCP tool. One of the requirements of ISO and GFSI Food Safety Management Systems is the need for ongoing HACCP refresher training.
There is no assumed prior knowledge for this course.

- Prerequisite Support Programs
- Preliminary steps in developing a HACCP System
- Hazard Analysis
- Critical Control Points
- Critical limits and monitoring
- Corrective Actions and Verification
- Documentation and Record
- Participants need to complete all modules and a short online assessment
Upon successful completion of the course an online Certificate of Achievement can be printed.
